The session lasts around 60–75 minutes, including testing, an educational section, and a live Q&A.
Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is designed for runners, lifters, Hyrox athletes, and hybrid athletes who want to overcome knee pain — or stop it from coming back.
It’s also ideal for anyone starting their London Marathon training, looking to build a stronger, more resilient body before the mileage begins to increase.
What should I wear or bring?
Wear comfortable gym clothes and trainers. Bring a water bottle, and feel free to use your phone to record your results or any key exercises we go through.
Do I need to be injured to attend?
Not at all. The workshop is suitable whether you’re currently managing knee pain, returning from an injury, or preparing for an upcoming event like a marathon or Hyrox.
How much does it cost?
Tickets are just £5, this helps us manage attendance and ensure every participant receives individualised, hands-on guidance during the session. Your £5 deposit is non-refundable, but it can be used towards your initial physiotherapy assessment after the workshop.
Can I book a personal assessment afterwards?
Absolutely. Workshop attendees receive 50% off their first physiotherapy assessment at Physio Athletic, where you’ll get a detailed, one-to-one analysis and a custom recovery or performance plan.
